HOW TO START A RETURN
Email aaron.slezia@so-gnarsounds.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We respond within 5 business days with next steps.
If your unit arrives defective or damaged, we cover return shipping. No questions asked.
WHAT'S ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
- Unused or defective units within 30 days of delivery
- Wrong item shipped
- Manufacturing defects within 60 days of delivery
WHAT'S NOT COVERED
- Damage from exposure beyond rated specs
- Returns initiated after 30 days
- Products purchased through unauthorized resellers
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Refunds: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
Store Credit: Prefer store credit? We add 110% of your purchase value to your account. Our way of saying thanks for sticking with us.
Exchanges: Prefer a replacement? We ship a new unit as soon as we receive your return. Exchanges are processed within 5 business days.
