Refund Policy

At So-Gnar Sounds, we stand behind the quality of our products and want every customer to feel confident in their purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’ve outlined our return and refund process below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable digital products
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Products damaged through misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear

Return Process

  1. Contact us at aaron.slezia@so-gnarsounds.comwith your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a product defect or our error.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please email us at aaron.slezia@so-gnarsounds.com.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or video, and we’ll send you a replacement at no cost.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider.
  3. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us at aaron.slezia@so-gnarsounds.com.
