Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.
  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
  • Estimated delivery times:
    • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
    • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days
    • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (may vary by destination)
  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be impacted by carrier delays outside our control.

International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide to most countries.
  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Customs clearance may cause additional delays outside of our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.
  • If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for replacement or refund.

Pre-Orders & Backorders

  • Any pre-order or backorder items will be clearly noted on the product page.
  • Estimated shipping timelines for these items will be provided but may change due to production or supplier delays.
